About Kendrick Homes

Kendrick Homes is a father-and-son team built on decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Founded in 2008 by John Kendrick, our company was built with a focus on honesty, craftsmanship, and quality homes designed to last.

John Kendrick brings experience in home framing, site preparation and dirtwork, finish carpentry, and building materials sales, providing a well-rounded understanding of the homebuilding process from the ground up. Seth Kendrick brings experience working for a mechanical contractor on large projects, where he gained knowledge in plumbing and HVAC systems, along with experience in metal fabrication and finish carpentry. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Geoscience.

As a small local company, we take a straightforward and personal approach to home building. We believe good planning is important, but we also believe the process should feel manageable and not overwhelming. By taking each project step by step and maintaining clear communication throughout, we help turn ideas into homes with quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

We build homes in Lampasas, Copperas Cove, Burnet, Kempner and surrounding Central Texas communities.
